Advanced Manufacturing - Mechatronics/Pre-Engineering

Prerequisites: None - STEM related courses recommended
Program Description: The Advanced Manufacturing-Mechatronics/Pre-Engineering program is designed to train students in CAD, CNC, and programmable logic controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting. Students will also learn to install, diagnose, maintain, modify, test, and calibrate electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems used in manufacturing support equipment and production machinery, including industrial robots.
This program is designed as year one of a two-year program. Second year option - Advanced Manufacturing - Composites or Advanced Manufacturing - Machining or Year 2 program with instructor permission.
